By mastering self-leadership, you’ll learn how to make intentional decisions that optimise your performance and contribute meaningfully to your team. This deeper understanding of self-leadership and self-management will empower you to maintain focus, sustain your energy, and create a more balanced and fulfilling work life.

Weekly Video Sessions:
Guided by experienced coaches, each session builds on your previous learnings, introducing practical strategies to master self-leadership. You’ll learn how to integrate your understanding of values, strengths, and resilience to manage your time, energy, and focus effectively.

Weekly Workbooks:
Reflective exercises and practical tools designed to help you apply self-leadership techniques, using the foundation of values and strengths you’ve developed in earlier modules. This will enhance your ability to prioritise and lead yourself with intention.

Weekly Tasks:

In Module 1, you gained a deeper understanding of your values and strengths. Now, it's time to take that knowledge and use it to create success patterns that guide your decisions and actions, helping you consistently achieve your goals.

WEEK #2

In Module 2, you learned how to support high performance. Now, it's time to focus that energy on what truly matters and discover new strategies to effectively prioritise tasks that align with your goals.

WEEK #3

Learn how to practise mindfulness and presence, making more intentional decisions by fully engaging in the present and optimising your focus on important tasks.

WEEK #4

Reflect on your progress, celebrate the success patterns you’ve built, and reinforce the habits that help you stay aligned with your strengths, values, and goals.

With all three modules completed, you’ve developed valuable skills in self-awareness, resilience, and self-leadership. Continue applying your success patterns by focusing on what matters most, managing your energy wisely, and staying present.
