What is Self-Awareness?

 

Self-awareness is the foundation of both personal and professional success. In this module, our experienced coaches will guide you through discovering your core values, identifying your unique strengths, and reflecting on your belief systems to gain a deeper understanding of how they shape your life.

During these 4 weeks, you will explore how aligning with your core values and recognising your strengths allows you to make more intentional decisions that lead to personal growth and success. By discovering your belief systems, you’ll learn how they influence your thoughts, actions, and responses in various situations. With this enhanced self-awareness, you can optimise your strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop a more focused, purposeful approach to both your career and contributions towards your team.

Why does this matter?

 

Self-awareness is key to fostering an inclusive work culture, boosting productivity, and enhancing performance.
