Yes, the PUROSI program is exclusively online, offering a modern, on-demand coaching experience​.

The specific time investment required per week is up to each person participating, but the program is described as equivalent to 30 private coaching sessions, watching weekly videos take max 60 minutes in total and the actual reflection time and implementing learnings at work and in life is for the individual to decide upon.
